Users are men and women who play a very helpful role in the celebration of the Eucharist in many ways including:

• Directing the Priest or Ministers of Holy Communion to bring the Eucharist to those who are unable to walk up to the altar for Holy Communion.
• Passing the collection baskets during Mass.
• Directing people to facilities in the church, such as the cry rooms, telephone, restrooms.
• Helping the elderly.
• Helping people find seats in church.
• Greeting people as they enter church.

Ushering is a commitment to serve Our Lord and our parishioners, and as such, it is a ministry which can be very rewarding.
